The Scene Within offers non-clinical reflective sessions designed primarily for individuals working in creative fields, including artists, performers, writers, founders, and content creators.
These sessions are intended to support emotional reflection, creative clarity, self-awareness, and personal insight through guided conversation and reflective questioning.
Sessions generally last between 40–60 minutes unless otherwise specified.
02 Non-Clinical Disclaimer
The services provided by The Scene Within are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, counselling, medical care, crisis intervention, or any form of licensed clinical mental health treatment.
The facilitator does not diagnose, prevent, or treat mental health conditions. No medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice is provided during sessions.
These sessions are not a substitute for therapy, clinical treatment, medication, or emergency mental health support.
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, self-harm ideation, trauma-related crises, or any diagnosed mental health condition requiring clinical care, you are strongly encouraged to seek support from a licensed psychiatrist, therapist, or emergency service in your area.
03 Voluntary Participation
Participation in sessions is entirely voluntary. By engaging with The Scene Within, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
- You may discontinue participation at any time.
- Emotional discomfort, introspection, or difficult reflections may arise during or after sessions.
- Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
04 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or book services through The Scene Within.

05 Confidentiality
All personal information and session conversations are treated with care and confidentiality. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:

- Where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Non-identifiable themes, insights, or learnings may occasionally be documented or referenced for educational, reflective, research, or creative purposes.
06 Professional Boundaries
The Scene Within maintains professional boundaries at all times. Personal, romantic, exploitative, or dual relationships between facilitator and participant are not appropriate.
Any inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.
07 Payments & Refunds
All session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
- Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are generally non-refundable.
- Refund decisions remain at the discretion of The Scene Within unless otherwise required by law.

All content on this website, including text, branding, visuals, concepts, resources, and materials, belongs to The Scene Within unless otherwise stated.
